What time do carriers pick up shipments?

To help your package get out as quickly as possible, here are our typical carrier pickup times:
USPS: Before 11:00 am and again before 3:00 pm.
UPS Express: By 3:15 (Mon-Fri)
UPS Ground: Around or after 4:00 pm
FedEx Express: By 2:15 pm (Mon-Fri)
FedEx Ground: Around 3:30 pm
DHL: Before 2:00 pm
Pickup times may vary slightly from day to day. If you're trying to make a same-day pickup, stop by a little early or give us a call.
Can you pack my items for me?

Yes! We offer professional packing services and carry a wide selection of boxes, bubble wrap, packing peanuts, tape, and other shipping supplies. Whether you're mailing something fragile, valuable, or oversized, we'll make sure it's packed securely.

Yes! Our secure mailbox rentals are a great option for individuals, travelers, remote workers, and businesses looking for a reliable mailing address. You'll receive a real street address (not a P.O. Box), package acceptance from multiple carriers, and mail holding while you're away.
Can you receive packages from any carrier for mailbox customers?

Yes. Unlike a traditional P.O. Box, mailbox customers can receive deliveries from USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and other carriers.
What's the difference between Mail Plus and going directly to USPS or UPS?
